Hi, I'm a single mom of two young girls, and I suffer with severe mental health problems and uncontrolled epilepsy.

    I'm just wondering if you have any support to help you with your mental health. I'll ask someone here to see if they can better advise you. @thespiceman please might you help here, thank you.

    I am one of the community champions. We guide, advise community members.

    Please may I suggest have considered looking at mental health charities.

     I have mental health issues myself.

    Get floating support, outreach workers. Help with wellbeing, health and benefits advice, guidance .

    Unfortunately might not be in all areas.

    Last one is an advocate charity if you are experiencing problems with medical professionals.

    Advocate can help you speak on your behalf.
