Hi @Caza55 - I have generalised OA due to a genetic disorder, so my knees sympathize with yours! I've not been able to do much all week, but felt a bit better today, so got a few 'extra' things done, which gives me a small sense of achievement....but I'm stiffening up already! I rarely get out, so have found it good to chat on here. How about you, do you manage to get out at all?

Hi @Caza55 - I don't know if the following link may be helpful if you read the article. It's trying to address the loneliness & isolation that many people feel & how it might be helped:  https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/65029/social-prescribing-what-it-is-and-how-it-might-help#latest
Also please look into the advice given by thespiceman

Hi @Caza55 and welcome to the Community.  It is nice to meet you and thank your for sharing with us.  I hope you have found the above information helpful which both @thespiceman and @chiarieds have given you.  Sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment.  We are here to support you so please chat to us anytime.  It isn't much fun when you can't get out as many of us on here understand.  Do you have any hobbies/interests you enjoy doing?  Sometimes that can lead onto joining clubs/groups in your area.  I hope you manage to get out again soon and meantime, I hope you enjoy your time with us.  We are a friendly bunch of people on here.  If there is anything we can help/support you with at all then please just let us know.  All the best.
