Quite one as usual can't do much as I have severe osteoarthritis pain in both my knees how are you ?

Hi @Caza55 - I have generalised OA due to a genetic disorder, so my knees sympathize with yours! I've not been able to do much all week, but felt a bit better today, so got a few 'extra' things done, which gives me a small sense of achievement....but I'm stiffening up already! I rarely get out, so have found it good to chat on here. How about you, do you manage to get out at all?0

I don't get out much not unless it's inn a taxi there and back or my mobility scooter but think I need a new battery as it keeps running out it doesn't go very far

It gets very lonely and isolating sometimes not getting out and never seeing anyone0

Please can I also add look on line for befriending schemes your local council or wellbeing service community unit will have details. Your local council website a start.
Many local charities run them,
