I have depression anxiety and stress and have been through a lot in 6 years including losing a husband and a partner a father in law and partner’s father and partners nephew and my dog and now have elderly parents who are not  good  abb bc d I am struggling my self

    All charities offer floating support, mental heath and wellbeing, advice. Support with benefits any other problems. Signposting  as they do a lot to assist.

    Last one is an advocate charity . Represents you on your behalf a voice. Helps with any problems with medical professionals or services.

    Hi @paulnut1 - Welcome to the community & thank you for joining & sharing. I'm so very sorry to read about how many losses you've experienced & that your parents are not so good. All of this must be so very understandably difficult to bear.
