Hi @paul72 - Welcome to the community. There are several here with your disorders whom you'll hopefully get to meet. I have a genetic disorder (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), & the chronic pain associated with that is very similar to fibromyalgia. I wonder if you've tried contacting any of the following to see if they might help too.
