Hi @jgardier72 - Welcome to the community & thank you for joining. I'm very sorry to read about the difficulties you have. I have osteoarthrosis in most of my joints too due to a genetic disorder, so have a little understanding about that. What sort of specialist are you waiting to see? Might your GP help you in the meanwhile?
