    Hi Everyone  thankyou for the warm welcome.  I'm not sure if I'm in the right place.  I have a long term illness  COPD and a Heart Condition.  I'm finding it hard to cope with  every day stuff like housework and going out  shopping etc on my own.

    Hi @Naturelover, sorry to hear this.. Do you currently have any support? Have you ever had a needs assessment?

    You are able to refer yourself and you may be eligible for some support which could help with the things you have said above.
