Research as to how disabled people experience events

Hi everyone, my name is Saskia and I am a third year at Cardiff Metropolitan University completing my dissertation. For my dissertation I am conducting some research as to how disabled people experience events. It would be massively helpful if I could ask any person with a disability to fill in my short questionnaire to help me gain a better understanding of how festivals cater for disabled peoples needs and wants.

Took part in the survey but any questions that asked for a descriptive response didn't work? May have been a problem with the way it loaded at my end but thought I would mention it just in case
