Bedworth Heath community centre , Smorrall lane, Bedworth starting the 2and April 2020 10AM-11AM is running a fitness class for all abilities for just a small fee of £2 per person to cover room hire costs only. The center is wheel chair friendly and anyone who has support workers can bring their support worker along for free as we understand taking that first step into a class can be difficult for some. There will be refreshments that you can have afterwards for just 50p to the community centre which is a great way to make friends socializing in a welcoming centre. There is plenty of free parking also, and the center would like to invite anyone from scope to come along and support the opening session on the 2nd April . Steven and I would love to welcome you and greet you so please let your friends know about this exciting movement fitness class that has no stress or impact on your joints. Its chair based exercises that if you would like can be on a mat also. Its entirely your choice , we look forward to seeing you all ..
