I have been declined my uc mr
They looked at my award again
And are sticking with the original decision
I just cant see how we are being given a overpayment
When we was given a higher element
And they have sent all our statements across none make sense
Is it possible to send to admin so they can help us understand and guide us
Thank you

Hi I will tag in someone who may help you @poppy123456
Or you can always being the helpline 0808 800 3333 -
HI,I'm sorry to hear that. I see from your other thread here https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/69369/lwcra-mandatory-reconsideration-back-payment#latestThat you have already had advice from welfare rights regarding this and they also agree they can't see where an overpayment has occurred. I'm not sure where anyone else could advise you more than what they already have. As the MR didn't change the decision then you now have 1 month from that date to request the Tribunal.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hi @marko30, unfortunately the forum does not offer this level of guidance. You are welcome to call the helpline. Or you can get find where your local advice point is by searching AdviceLocal.
Please do let us know how you get on.Scope -
I’d be happy to look over these for you @marko30 I’m a volunteer benefit advisor for Universal Credit Essentials. Although if Welfare Rights couldn’t find any reason for the overpayment it does seem strange that UC are still insisting.
Do you have your original statements as well as the amended ones?
