Feel like im losing the plot abit lately. Anyone else? Just feeling abit stupid if anything cause I have just been doing dumb things 

Any advice on how I can sort have a commonsense as such should I get like brain trainer on the DS?

    We do understand happy to listen be supportive.

    l make errors mistakes and sometimes get angry with my self only natural.

    That's an interesting question and not one I really have a good answer to. From what I've read, most suggestions of how to improve your common sense centre around being more reflective or aware of decisions before you make them.
    How have you been getting on? Do you mind if I ask what sort of things you've done that you consider 'dumb'?
