I'm thrilled at the moment, we're doing well and are super entertaining to watch, so I can't complain.

Not a football fan to be honest, the last match I attended that wasn't a reserves match was Grimsby Town against Stoke City at Blundell Park circa July 1994 and I only went to that to support an old mate of mine from Stoke.

Sorry to hear that, what's going wrong in your opinion?

And oh wow, that's a long time ago @MrAllen1976. Who won?

I think the Home team won, can't remember exactly.

If you look on Wikipedia or Google Grimsby Town FC you might find out :)

Another reason I hate football is some of the fans are well, a bit thick to put it politely.. Like pre lockdown Wednesday were playing Millwall at Home, I was on a Hillsborough bound Tram from Town to come Home, the Tram was full of away fans, who were being VERY anti-social and I felt scared so I had to remove myself from the Tram at the bottom of West St, I had my green Lanyard on signifying I have a disability, I may as well not have bothered! This was made worse by the fact my phone died so I couldn't phone my Parents for help, so I went to a local Policeman and asked for help, he was about as much use as a Chocolate Teapot, however I did find someone who let me use their phone to let me phone Home for Dad to come and rescue me as I was reluctant to get back on the Tram containing said Millwall fans!

Apparently it was on BBC Look Leeds that evening that the Millwall fans had actually WRECKED the Tram!

    Hi @MrAllen1976
I'm really sorry to hear of the experience on the tram, it simply is not acceptable to behaviour in this way and it is often this behaviour which, rightly so, gives football a bad name. I would stress though, not all fans are like this and there does seem to be certain fan bases which are prone to behaving inappropriately, though it goes on everywhere. Unfortunately, some Milwall fans behaved shockingly at the weekend by booing as players participated in an act of solidarity with the Black Lives Matter protests. Unfortunately, ignorant is what many of these people are, football should be a place for everyone, whether that be fans or the general public close to the stadiums, to feel safe and enjoy the beautiful game if they wish too. Thank you

    Hi @Ross_Scope
How are you? Please may I ask your thoughts on VAR's performance in the West Ham vs Man United game? Did you think the ball went out? I did and Match of the Day had technology to prove it. It just shows VAR causes more controversy, I would not have it as part the game. That said, we shouldn't have gone on to let in two. How are you feeling about Leeds result? Thank you.

I have to be honest and say I haven't seen the highlights, but I'm not a fan of VAR at all. I was fine with accepting human error before when it was just the referee, but now there's both human and technological error involved at times, which is a big shame.

Leeds' result was disappointing, but I think we played decent considering what we were up against. People forget sometimes that we are a promoted side, because we play like we've been in the league for years.

Leeds vs West Ham next @WestHam06 :):):)

My apologies @Ross_Scope, I should have asked if you had seen the highlights. I agree, I think the fact that there is now technology involved and still there are poor decisions being made is spoiling the game.  Leeds are doing amazingly, but you're right, I think people forget that they are newly promoted along with Fulham and West Brom, who are both having difficulty in adapting to the league. I know :) I look forward to Friday night :) Please may I ask, any feeling on what the score may be? Thank you

A lot are though, like every time Leeds United come down to Hillsborough to face Wednesday, there's trouble between Leeds fans and Owls fans, for some reason Leeds fans and Wednesday fans hate each others' guts.

I hate that side of football @MrAllen1976, I wish everyone could just stay civil.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the game @WestHam06, although I think your team might take good advantage of the counter attack with players like Bowen. I would prepare yourself for not having much of the ball against us :D What do you think?

I've been saying for years that football fans can and will be violent if they're that way inclined, but get a few Pints in them and they're even worse, that's why they should close the Pubs before, during and after the games IMO, or at least bar all the away fans.

    Hi @Ross_Scope
I've gone for a draw but completely agree, I think Leeds will dominate possession, and are more likely to get the win out of the two sides. I've had a lifetime of preparation for watching West Ham without the ball LOL :) Thank you

Haha you will be very well prepared for the game then @WestHam06 :D

I think more needs to be done about it @MrAllen1976, but I still think it's worth remembering that the violence and trouble is only caused by a small number of people,, so I think it's important to have measures that don't penalise everyone
