Finished my tidy round, took some more pics, these are my curtains, similar to my childhood ones, proper 80's curtains
Heres my vintage collection of figures, a lot of these are my childhood originals, some were payment for abuses from my father, but i can look past that and remember the joy they brought me separate to the pain
top shelf is star wars, second shelf is empire strikes back and 3rd shelf is return of the jedi
Jedi and boxed vehicles, this cabinet is were the bulk of the valuable side of the collection is, theres money in the whole collection but the vintage is most valuable, left to the wife and kids

HI your collection is huge! I don't have any pictures to hand right now, but I collect anything to do with the movie 'Labyrinth'. I have coasters, wall art, plushies....my partner collects comic books so our home is rather eclectic lol.1

cheers glad you like them0

Those curtains are fantastic! They remind me very much of a pair of Hook curtains we had featuring Dustin Hoffman in heavy makeup that terrified the life out of a 5-year-old me.
I think it's interesting watching the evolution of detail on some of these figures too. Do you prefer your original stuff @Grinchy or the newer bits you've picked up?
My other half is pretty into Labyrinth @JadeB90. She's been serenading (harassing) me and the kids with 'Magic Dance' for years. What's your best piece of memorabilia?

Hey @Adrian_Scope, glad you liked the curtains, yours sounded scary reminds me of a muppets poster i had in my room, by day i loved them, by night those pingpong eyes just bored into me, lol.
The collection is a mix of both modern and vintage, i like modern, but my favourite is the childhood vintage figures and minirigs,1 -
So the latest version of star wars is out on Bluray, sold a couple of items on a star wars facebook group i'm a member of so i could afford it, i have the saga allready on VHS,Laserdisc, DVD, Bluray and now this new set, its a sickness
Theres some new extra features on there so should keep me busy for a while, i find the behind the scenes stuff fascinating2 -
Seriously impressed with your collection, @Grinchy. All of my Star Wars stuff and Transformers stuff was given to my little brother. I think you can guess what happened to it
I collect Liverpool FC memorabilia, mostly old shirts. I also collect medieval British and European weaponry. I just need a bigger house for a man cave!

So i just bought this new star wars black series deluxe set, its a big box for only two figures, but it looks good, its a fathers day present off the kids
I collect most of my stuff and keep it in the boxes, this set is made to display that way but i do like loose figures to, must have a few hundred loose figures in the collection2 -
Nice.
Now you have all the films, which one is your favourite?0 -
I collect guitars. I didn’t mean to, it just happened.
I am very lucky to have a music room where me and the cat go to strum and sing.
Marley cat rushes up as soon as she hears the door open, she loves a sing song, Mabel cat runs away, she prefers singing in tune...Marley and me don’t care!
I buy some, repair broken ones, and make some.4 -
Hey @M_Anthony, my favourite is the original star wars trilogy, i like them all but my favourite is the ones that started it all
Hey @adamskis, very nice collection, do you have a favourite guitar,? very nice music room, thanks for sharing0
