Hi everyone just let you know all that I provide coaching for dyspraxic adults over zoom using drama which is a support group to help them with a range of issues to improve their confidence and life quality. These are both coaching workshops in groups and also one to one sessions if anyone requires further help. Topics have included interpersonal challenges, explaining your dyspraxic diagnosis to others, self care and adusting to lockdown changes, and identifying your strengths to flourish. If anyone is interested then please visit our facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/708966729937283/ or message me for further information. Thanks. Chris
