    Yes it was a tribunal it says the daily living is set aside I’ve no clue what that means

    It means the decision made by DWP has been replaced with their decision but if you only scored 2 points that isn't enough for a daily living award because you need at least 8 points.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    If you scored 2 points for daily living and 10 points for mobility then yes standard mobility is your award. This will be £23.60 per week and if it's your first time claim and you haven't transferred from DLA then it's backdated to the date you first rang to start your claim.

    After a Tribunal win backdated money can take between 2-8 weeks.
