Sorry to hear about your stepson's positive test @linnie2016, hopefully he makes a quick recovery.
I think first of all you should check this NHS page to see if you should be self isolating.
I would advise asking for a test if you develop symptoms, but the best course of action would probably be to give your GP a phone call and query it with them.

Hi guys, so I tested the kids and myself so waiting for results but I think were ok, I have having a really bad morning today, my son will not stop attacking my daughter, hes pulling her hair so hard he has chunks of hair in his hands, I move him away put him on time out and nothing is working, i have took his drink from him because he is tipping it into his toys so now I'm the target for his lashing ou . Hes slapped me so hard its leaving Mark's! He is 2 for god sake!! I do not know what to do ? x0

oh @linnie2016 he is testing you this morning isn't he. I really feel for you.
I'm not a mum so am unsure what to adviseAre you able to separate him away from his sister and distract him with something he enjoys doing?

I tried hun, I gave him toys and we were singing and dancing but every opportunity he had he ran at her and hurt her, I had to put him in his room for a hour because I was angry with him and it gave me time to cool down and Alissa a break from been hit ect0
