You must be shattered after 3 nights without sleep.  I'm not a good sleeper either, is this something that crops up from time to time for you?  

The Sleep Council website has tips on how to get a better nights sleep which you much find helpful.  I hope you manage to get some decent sleep soon  Let us know how you get on.
