    Thank you everybody for the warm welcome I really appreciate it. In response to Ross I would like to tell you a little more about myself I live on the surrey sussex boarder my hobbies include singing, pilates watching television and films I also like to read mostly non fiction and biographies I would also like to get back into swimming when leisure centres reopen. The disability I have is Cerebral Palsy the purpose I joined this forum is because I am looking to expand my network of people that have a disability and are able to relate ranging from the pain and discomfort on a daily basis to the impact it has on your wellbeing.
