You should make an appointment to see your Dentist, I'm sure they're open during lockdown as they're classed as an essential service.

You need to see a dentist @Ibelive2020 but its highly likely that they will just give you antibiotics for now to get rid of the abcess. Until its gone most dentists wont mess with the tooth.

I was lucky that mine all came through a couple of years ago without any problems. It's good that they're seeing you so soon, fingers crossed they'll be able to fix the problem @Ibelive2020 :) I'm sorry that you're still in pain, but keep doing those three things!

If you have an abscess they will give you antibiotics a weeks supply first as the infection blocks the anaesthetic. They generally refer you to hospital for GA depending if wisdom tooth is impacted they will take an xray to access this. If its not to difficult they will arrange an appointment generally for a week away to return to surgery and extract under Local anaesthetic. They will be able to tell with xraY if infection has spread to other teeth. The antibiotics take 2 to 43 days to start working and you must complete the course of antibiotics.

Did you go to Dentist first or hospital. Antibiotics is always first step to rid infection

Had mine taken out when 11 or 12 yrs cant remember precisely. I have had toothache in my adult years and its the worst pain. Especially when your laying down the pain and its like you have 2 heart beats.

Try and sleep with your head elevated so pillows high. This will help. Also try to fall asleep with cheek placed on pillow opposit to side with pain. Sometimes having tv on helps your mind a little a slight distraction from pain.

It doesn't work every time but can help depending on individual.

Also if your visiting dentist tomorrow put alarm clock on. You may fall asleep late and not wake up on time
