HI, I am Charles, Charlie or Chuck, I live in Liverpool, I am 68 and have Cerebral Palsy since I was born. I enjoy various sports and like going to various places when I can, so lets talk.

My next door neighbour is from Liverpool, tho hasn't lived there for a long time, but still reminiscences about there, like the time he sat on Billy Fury's knee; his claim to fame. :)
