    Hey that's a great idea @Beaver79 suggested about speaking to your landlord about the rent increase.
    I also understand it’s a business they are running but you are great with them, it would cost them a fortune the amount of times you watch their dogs.
    It’s worth a try.  ❤️

    Am I the only one who finds it distasteful that while they are putting up her rent, they are staying at the Ritz during a holiday season.

    They definitely aren't struggling.

    I hope they give you something for looking after their dogs as well.

    That seems a massive increase is that even legal to put it up that much. 🤦‍♀️

    Afternoon it's busy here can you believe my next door neighbour whose lived there for 4 years, suddenly fetches presents, so my son is out buying them some. Got baby here asleep so cute. Daughters gone to get cheeses for cheese board. My daughter in law has popped in to see baby and is off out to buy a gift she forgot. So it's all go

    Oh she does a good 1 @66Mustang full of cheeses and chutneys, figs and other fruit crackers olives etc

    We do the same @Sandy_123 I think it's my favourite part of a meal, the only issue I have is it's always at the end of the meal so too full up to really enjoy it!!
