It's a bit nippy @66Mustang that's one we'll walked dog and owner lol1
-
Ha ha @Sandy_123 yes it is cold, there was a frost on the ground this morning but dog didn't seem to care1
-
It's good tho, do you measure your steps1
-
I wear an Apple Watch which keeps track yeah!
The dog walks much further when he is off the lead, running round like a loony, would be interesting to get a steps counter for him lol3 -
When I was a teenager, many moons ago, I use to walk the alsatian use to let him off in the woods then I would hide behind a tree until he found me2
-
Ha ha ha that's awesome @Sandy_123
Alsatians are my favourite dog I think, well equal to what we have which is a border collie

Collies are nice dogs tho, labradors too. Some one near me walks a dalmation1
-
I like all dogs to be fair, used to find bull dogs ugly but they apparently have a nice personality and are quite sweet.1

My fave

I like cats as well, I find them calming. Dogs have their zoomies but cats just sit there nicely ha ha.1

I got told about an hour ago they will have to come back tomorrow and Friday it’s a bigger job than they thought. If it had been done correct the first time it would’ve took way less time. I keep thinking they are going to come through my ceiling 🤦♀️ At least it’s getting done eventually.
On a brighter note I got a call from the hospital earlier giving me a date for my surgery 👏 it’s the 25th of this month, so 2 weeks tomorrow. I’m delighted but also scared as it was really painful afterwards.❤️1 -

Glad you have a date for the op @Lou67, hopefully the recovery will be less painful this time.2
-
@Lou67 sorry I get mixed up is it a knee replacement you are going to have, only asking if you are happy to say of course.
My Mum has an appointment this week to decide whether to join the waiting list for a knee surgery as her knee is really bad1 -
@Albus_Scope
Oh thanks yes I’m just overthinking it, I’m delighted it’s been a long wait.@66Mustang
Oh I don’t mind saying at all. Yes it’s my knee replacement I got the other knee done in June 2022.I was on the list from 2018 but then covid stopped everything so it’s been quite a long wait.
I found out last year I have arthritis in both hips now I’m just praying they don’t need replaced anytime soon 🙄
I hope your mum decides to get it done. The pain I used to get from the other knee has reduced a lot.
I wish her well whatever she decides to do. ❤️3
