Hi everyone I hope yous are having a good day.

I’ve had a really stressful day. The workmen that got sent to empty the loft are just handymen, and they phoned their boss saying they need to get a professional contractor this is after 2 days off work, as  the work is just to much. I had asked this months ago.
They have been working hard and told me the only have a tiny bit lifted. 

Anyway I have had so many different managers down to see what’s happening.
Now they are trying to source an industrial vac and the work that was meant to take a morning is going to run into at least 4 days.

I’m so sorry for the long post but I feel my heads going to explode. I managed to get an appointment with my local MP tomorrow morning so hoping he can help.

Thanks everyone I was just feeling down and stressed. The men have been up there for 2 days yet said it’s hardly made a dent in it. So now the boss’s are going to get the professional equipment that they should’ve had in the first place.

Oh @Lou67 - I'm so sorry how long it's taking to get things sorted for you; it must be more than frustrating that they haven't done things correctly from the start. I do hope you get this resolved quickly.

I'm also getting tempted by the hot water bottle feet you mentioned as Sandy seems to really like them

I havnt felt the  cold all night because my feet have been warm @Lou67 @chiarieds i  didnt get the 1  you posted lou, the 1 I got was reduced from 20 to 9.99 I'm lovely and warm. I only just now need to refill it with hot water
