Hi everyone I hope yous are having a nice night.
I’m not long back home I had a lovely couple off hours with the kids, my granddaughter Rosie is 5 and gave me a makeover, makeup sorted my hair and put a big bow clip in it. 😂

My water bottle was delivered while I was out it’s amazing. I would recommend anybody that suffered with cold feet to get one, it’s actually heating up my legs too. I really wish I could send you one Ada ❤️

Glad you like it @Lou67 it's a changer for me I tell you. Got me feet in it at the moment. Its lovely and warm. Nothing like a 5 year olds make over too lol

Nice she will love it. Of all the things I tried for my feet, this is the only one that worked. It's a shame They don't do them so you can walk around with it on. I'm tempted to get the strap on 1 for my back when it's painful.

Yeah Sandy you should get the one that will help you heat your back and neck, it’ll be so good for you when you’re in pain. 😊

I’m doing ok thank you for asking. I took extra sleeping meds at 4am just to get some sleep. I do take extra occasionally. X
