    Having a bad couple of days with a flare in my shoulder that doesn’t seem to be easing. Not slept very well due to the pain and foolishly went into work today. Hopefully I’ll sleep better tonight. At the dentist myself tomorrow @Amberpearl, having a crown fitted, hope your appointment went well today

    Yes I made the dentist 10. Mins away. I struggled up 4 flight of stairs I was breathless 
    Luckily my teeth are in better condition than the rest of me

    Thanks @Tori_Scope was  good service, home now and glad to be relaxing. Was nice seeing all the family and catch ups.

    Bad day here too my charger broke for phone so had to wait till bf came tonight to get it charged that's why I've not been on . Lost without my phone

    Good morning all from hospital bed waiting to go under the knife already been here 2.5 hours and I'm 4th on list 1st just gone so bit of a wait yet

    760 pound was raised at the funeral for acorns hospice, the money will be well spent, they all do great things there, looking after patients and family.

    It will, they really run a great service for people in their end of life, also looking after the families. They also have a children's hospice.

    Op all went to plan and I'm recovering well.  Already a massive improvement in my vision I'm amazed what an improvement it has made I'm elated

    Not great,the dog rolled in something unmentionable this morning,I didn't notice and now the kitchen stinks of fox poo.
