Thanks for all your well wishes yesterday
Op all went to plan and I'm recovering well. Already a massive improvement in my vision I'm amazed what an improvement it has made I'm elated1 -
@janer1967 that’s great news about your vision!!!!!0

Thanks@Biblioklept.it can't get much worse.0

Hey today despite my crippling back pain and one hour sleep I am sitting working on abletuon live making two remixes of tracks for a competition hopefully I win and get my remix released on the label of one of my favourite djs but I just can't ever get it sounding as clean as I want my pal is an international dj with his own label and he has offered me one to one tuition but this costs 300pound for 8 hours and just isn't affordable right now. Also anything to keep my mind of next weeks PIP assessment. Also what's up with the weather its freezing in belfast today0
-
@Biblioklept total recovery is about 5 weeks then can go get eye test to see if glasses will give any better results
You have to pick what lens you want fitting in the surgery and I opted for long distance so hopefully glasses can improve close up sight1 -
@janer1967 I'm well pleased for you. Its a good result.
My daughter had a show today, so I think labour is around the corner1 -
Lol @Biblioklept I may have to head down tomorrow Friday latest. She's about 2 hours from where I live0

@Ross_Scope yes it will and for me on a personal level too as the week I got some of my independence back and the joy of being able to see my sons face again amongst everything else I can see now
It's not perfect vision but it's certainly far better than the last few years1 -
@janer1967
I'm glad that you're feeling so happy with how it wentHas it taken some adjustment to having better vision or not? I'm curious, because we often talk about what it's like adjusting to worsening vision, but rarely what its like adjusting to having better vision.

@Ross_Scope yes it is an adjustment as you get used to doing things differently
I haven't been outside yet but hoping I can use my electric chair again now. Going to give it a try at the weekend in a shopping centre with my bf there for support
Toby over the moon I can see but not liking I can see things that need cleaning lol0 -
It's going very much like yesterday,thanks to my dog.0
