Morning @Amberpearl sorry to hear this darling I hope your okay, when did this happen ?0
-
Morning all, @Amberpearl I'm sorry to hear about your fall, is anyone with you at the moment? Often a fall can leave us feeling a bit shocked and shaken up, so make sure you take things slowly and easily today
If you are worried about your ankle, you can always read NHS advice on sprains and strains, and call 111 if:- the injury is not feeling any better after treating it yourself
- any pain or swelling is getting worse
- you also have a very high temperature or feel hot and shivery – this could be an infection
111 will tell you what to do. They can tell you the right place to get help if you need to see someone.
I hope you feel better soon, let us know how you're getting on if you can.

That's quite alright @Amberpearl the community is a very friendly place, and I'm glad you feel so supported.
