    I know what your saying but it could be that they over booked for the time you had your appointment or one of the dentists are on holiday - we just have to go with it - think were the lucky one's.

    Yeah raining  abit here at moment, but forcast storms around 2 and heavy rain, but they do keep changing on met office.

    Still warm and sunny here hoping it doesn't get too hot 

    House sorting day today laundry cleaning etc 

    Starting my trying to lose weight as well today got lots stuff in freezer needs eating tho b4 I do a healthier shop but will do my best till then and start the exercise

    Just rang council to order a repair on the bin, I gave up in end was just press this number for so and so, then when I finally got through, your in a que, so I emailed. On their site it says if bins can't be fixed then you have to buy a new 1. Don't see why i should have to, told them the damage is from being banged on the truck. 15 pound for a new bin. I'm waiting for a reply

    @SueHeath dvd not arrived yet going yo start with exercises off nhs website till they arrive break me in gently

    Its rediculas Jane, even if someone nicks your bin you have to buy a new 1. It's also 15 pound for delivery of new bin, so 30 altogether. Just had email saying will take 10 days for a responce :s

    Its cooling down @Amberpearl so you might be able to sleep better

    Yesterday was a fun day for me. There was some kind of American car show on quite near to where I live so I went for a drive and we saw loads and loads of old American cars on the roads. I really like old American cars.

    No storm yet, suns come back out and really muggy, only had 5 minutes of rain.
