Morning all, my back is getting on my nerves now. Been stuck in all week with it. Still not doing  1. 
Watching the ceremony of Charles being signed in with Parliament. William looked so sad.

We have a big family birthday celebration at a restaurant today.

I'm nervous but still kind of looking forward to it.

@Biblioklept all week I've been putting heat, brufen gel, walking it, resting it  not just my back its radiating over my hip and thigh.

I just had some nice jumpers delivered and they are too big.

They are the same size as some other jumpers that I have from the same company which are a perfect fit.

I wonder if I put them through the wash, they will get smaller?

Hope every one has had a good day so far, we have had a house full most of the day, and one son/wife brought a load of cakes from greggs other son/wife brought tin of chocolates i supplied the sandwiches ended up like a right tea party ha ha l'm shattered and full now xx

My day is quiet so far.  Had a lie in.  Walked the dogs. Did some chores.  My partner has gone back to bed as she is struggling to sleep at night due to histamine spikes and is knackered.  I am doing internet chores.  Later I will do more chores and in the evening I will have a few beers and play xbox.  The rock and roll life of the disabled!

@SueHeath glad it was good, no, the meal is at 7.30pm but we set off about 7pm. We are having drinks before we go though...I think the modern phrase is "pre-drinks"
