@janer1967
We have been to Yorkshire loads of times, I've lost count, but we just keep going back as it's such a lovely place. I have never driven there but I do remember the roads and yes I think I would enjoy it.
What part of Yorkshire are you from? Part of my family is Yorkshire bred but moved down south a couple of generations ago to advance their career. But we still have family up there and feel a strong connection to Yorkshire.
Also, the people up north seem so much friendlier as well!!!0 -
Good afternoon all you lovely people, popped out today just to B&Q ended up going B&M as well picked up Christmas wrapping paper and Christmas crackers, so something else knocked of the list. Just pottered then around the house nothing exciting really ha ha.
So glad you had a good Break @66Mustang sounds like it's done you the world of good, love it x
Hope the pain goes back to normal levels @Sandy_123 soon.x
Hope everyone else have had a pain free day x1 -
@66Mustang I'm in South yorkshire originally Sheffield now doncaster
Sheffield near the peak district which again is another great area to visit
My parents had a static caravan on outskirts of Yorkshire dales so spent lots of time there
Yorkshire is such a massive county split into North South East and west with a variety of places to suit all different preferences1 -
I like Yorkshire as well. Nice to have trip out sue picking up things. I'm still plodding on, managed to cook tea. I'm still hoping to get to beauty salon tomorrow1

We've driven across the Yorkshire Moores a couple of times, my god it's such a vast area, unbelievable how long it goes on for. I wouldn't want to get stranded there. xx0 -
Thanks @SueHeath and sounds like you got a lot done, I'm glad you had a good day
@janer1967 we went to Bakewell a couple of years ago which I believe is near Sheffield and is in the Peak District but might not be, not sure, it was lovely there though. I thought it was a very idyllic place.
