hope you have a good day x0 -
Good morning all you lovely people
A chill day today cook Sunday dinner and watch TV
Happy Sunday everyone0 -
Good morning everybody. @janer1967 Not cooked a Sunday dinner whilst chilled for years!
What’s your secret?0 -
A chilled day here today too! I had a friend's party last night and, whilst I don't drink alcohol, I am recovering from the socialising
Happy Sunday everyone. @Teigr Is there anything that might make finding him somewhere to live a little more manageable for you at the moment?0 -
I think life in general would be more manageable if we found him somewhere to live @L_Volunteer,it would also take away the worry of what would happen to him when we're no longer around.0

Afternoon all. I ordered a few things on amazon fri all delivered today, no messing about. My backs playing up, yesterday I did hot shower on it, water bottles, ibrufen gel, today I've done stretches, moving it, more gel, now resting it, then will move it again. Really not worth shopping for this.1

@Sandy_123 sorry your shopping trip has had such ab affect on you
Have you ever been to a chiropractor from my own experience they worked miracles0 -
No my son wants to take me where they do magnet therapy, I refused as drs can't even touch the area. I think I'd like another mri, I don't get in touch with drs when I flare up, because they just give strong pain relief. So I think I need to, to promp new mri and maybe a referral to consultants. Even tho they can't operate. But I think it might of deteriated.
Im definately not going on shopping trips in towns ever again. The village yes, as all shops next to each other and little walking and it's only 12 minutes by bus. I'm hoping the gel will kick in with the inflammation0 -
