    Didn't get done what I planned to do which was to clean the kitchen and defrost the freezer but I did catch up with a load of friends on facebook and phone.  Chores can wait til tomorrow and I also reduced mu sedation so all good  :)

    Thank you, felt a bit jittery but distraction helped.  I can still take my night time meds so blissful sleep x

    @Sandy_123 what did you think of the documentary Shannon Mathew's  it was awful how she was kept just because her mother was trying to get money

    @lisathomas50 hi there, I've watched last one they did, and watched this one last few days, it's terrible really her daughter must of been terrified. All those people who supported her in the community and the lies she told she deserved that prison sentence, hopefully her daughter is ok after it all.

    @sandy123 the daughters name has been changed and had a new life and her mum is now out of prison and is getting married to a pedophile and wants another baby  ridiculous

    @lisathomas50 yeah I saw those news reports showing her going about with that bloke. I imagine if she did have a child social services won't be far behind her. It's a crazy world we live in.

    @lisathomas50 she could do that but I think a lot of the people in England knows who she is. If she emigrates I'm sure the press be on the story.

    @Sandy_123 she is a free woman now she could go abroad and have a child  but hopefuly she doesn't  lol ?
