@Teigr yeah, we have a neighbour who is elderly and she let some cold callers work on her tree after they told her it needed doing. They completely butchered it, cutting a whole side off but leaving the other side, it looked awful. Then they chucked the big branches over the fence and the rest of them were strewn all over our communal car park to give everyone punctures!!!

@SueHeath yes, hopefully it won't be as bad as December's cold snap. We are just due to have sleet at the moment but that keeps changing like you say!

I had a bit of a wasted day @SueHeath,I wanted to move a bed settee up to the attic room but it was too tall for the turn in the stairs and we ruined the wallpaper trying to make it fit.

Making pizzas now to cheer myself up.

@Teigr they are quite funny in the snow because (I think?) their main sense is smell and they can't smell as well through the layer of snow. It's a bit like putting a blindfold on a person. :D

Our old dog didn't take much notice of it @66Mustang,I think this one will go nuts.

    Everything sends her nuts.

A springer spaniel, same breed as our old dog but personality wise very, very different.

Our old dog was very chilled, almost stuck up.

    Good evening @durhamjaide2001

Good evening @Teigr and @66Mustang how are you 2 this evening?

@Teigr I like those :) I didn't realise dogs of the same breed can have such different personalities! "Stuck up" ha ha that's funny.

We have a border collie, our first and only dog, a bit like driving a Mustang as your first car, you really need a bit of practise beforehand to handle it properly!! But, I think we have done a half decent job of training him, although he just wants to play and thinks everyone (and every dog) is a friend so sometimes he gets a nasty surprise.
