My partner was hospitalised with a suspected kidney infection in 2017,he was on a ward with a couple of dementia patients and got no rest at all.

Ha ha ha yep fraid that would be me - i'd bump every thing (what hubby calls gloss on gloss)
I'm lucky my hubby is a painter and decorator and carpenter by trade, he is very good but we do have disputes on colours etc. He doesn't like plumbing or electrical work though, he will put his hand to most things, but in his "Time" so i have to be patient and not nag ha ha - jobs can take him a long time to finish though xx0 -
Morning @66Mustang Hope all's good in your part of the world x0

Morning @SueHeath @Teigr
Definitely not all good sadly, some awful things have been happening in my family since just before Christmas but I haven't wanted to share, but now I'm in the process of writing about it to post on the forum to see if anyone has some ideas or general support.
PS Sue your husband sounds like my Dad, he has a go at everything except plumbing and electrics, though he will do basic plumbing/electrics. He likes to take his time as well. But his view is if it's already broken, what's to lose by just having a go!0 -
