As anyone had the increaseThe increases start from 10th April. UC is paid one month in arrears and no one will receive the increase this month. The first increases will be for those with assessment periods that start from the 10th of the month and they will see the increase in the payment on 16th May.For you, you won't see the increase until your June payment. You're not losing out on anything because everyone will still receive 12 payments with the increased amounts.

Yes from 10th April but UC is paid 1 month in arrears. It's the same for the old legacy benefits the full increase won't be received until 2 weeks after the increase because they are paid 2 weeks in arrears.

Morning all I hope yous are good, and enjoy whatever yous are up to.Dull and drizzly rain here too. Iv got the plumber in he’s up the loft changing all the pipes, he sd he doesn’t see the point this getting done because they will just be in the same place as they’ve been. I think it’s going to be a long day. 🤦♀️
Sorry for the rant.Take care ❤️0 -
Aww anything is worth a try I suppose, after the pipes are done they need someone out to empty loft and then renew the installation.
I just feel demented as everywhere has black soot type dust settling on it, sorry there I’m moaning again Sandy lol.
Are you up to anything today.0 -
Your not moaning and its good to get it off your chest. It is a mystery that soot, hopefully when they do the loft they can come up with some solution for you. Have you googled it to get some ideas. I Google the silliest things and get answers for most.0

The mist has lifted now and it's very mild,I might go mad and do some washing.0
