Sorry your having trouble @Ada, i'm glad you have support though, up at silly oclock again, stupid nightmares, i'm hoping some counselling will help, on the list but it takes months, never mind, hope everyone has a nice day

I also get nightmares 
I'm. Up lots every night 

Im still waiting for my 4th lot of counselling 
This time trauma  therapy 
I've been waiting 9 months

Glad you got your COL payment and able to pay some bills. Sandy suggested there’s maybe some groups in your area, that would be good if you could find out.
