    I’m doing ok thanks just can’t heat up my feet and hands are freezing. Iv got a couple off they hand warmers out trying to heat up, one in my slippers and one in my hands lol

    @Lou67 yeah, it's another chilly one. I hope you soon get those hands and feet warm. I'm sitting on a hot waterbottle and stuffing my hands into my armpits to get the body heat at mo. My feet, I haven't worked out a way of stuffing them into my armpits yet but I'm working on it haha. They may get a water bottle soon or like you hand warmers. Take good care.

    😂😂😂 Aww thanks that made me laugh, Iv eventually went and put fluffy socks on and my feet are warmer already, pity I didn’t think off that earlier lol

    Hes just messaged to say he will be doing the gardens I've asked when so see what he says, my grass is long even tho we cut the back a few weeks ago, I shall loose the post man in the front soon

    Glad that over with nurse, she could only tell me what she could work out and her prompting the results might get consultant sending appointment in the post. This is  from December 22. Got to start taking my blue inhaler  instead of when required. Review in a month with her
