    I hope yous are all having a lovely evening I just popped on to say hello.
    My daughter dropped in with the kids for an hour was nice to see them.They are just away so going for a bath then watch some telly.

    I've had a lovely few hours in the park. I met an old work colleague. She is raising money for a man locally who has terminal cancer. So I took her a bag of  things for her tombola stall. Great catchup and chat. Nice to sit in the  fresh air too

    That's lovely @Sandy_123 I think getting outside for a bit is a really good thing to do for our mental health and wellbeing, and great that you caught up with a friend too :)

    It’s dry here and very clammy, but no sun.
    I’ve been another walk round the park with my neighbour,it’s been nice having company as you don’t realise how far you’re walking.

    Oh sometimes it gets to hot especially after you have been walking. It’s dull here but clammy.

    Hi I hope your good and enjoying your day.

    Yes I’m going to trying get out a walk everyday. I’m hoping to trying loose a bit off weight and with that hopefully that should help my BP, I was started on an extra tablet for it last week, so hopefully a combination off both will help.
    Oh I wish I had a magic wand thst would do it all for me 😂😂

    @Lou67 I have a relative in a similar position with their knee and needing to lose weight for the operation. I think it is a bit of catch 22 because you need the knee to be fixed to be able to exercise, but you can't have the knee fixed because of weight/blood pressure!!!
