Hi I hope your having a nice day.

Oh your right it’s definitely a catch 22, I’ve put weight on the past few years, since I’ve found it hard to get out and about.

Before my knees were bad I was just a normal weight, whatever normal weight is lol 
It does get me down so need to push on and trying do something about it.

@Lou67 yes I know what you mean, well done for trying though and best of luck it will come off eventually 

For the last 3 and a half weeks I am trying really hard to lose weight but have tried not to mention it on here as some members find it a trigger. But now it's been brought up I will say I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks I have about 9 more stones to lose but I am on the right track.

Well done @66Mustang I've 2 whole weeks of healthy eating and like lou trying to walk more.

Went out for a while today but came home when it got a little to hot waited for a delivery that didn't arrive (won't mention the delivery company name) hope that it will arrive tomorrow.

Apart from that it's been a reasonable day been watching TV this evening so now going to sit and read my book for a while.
