Yes very true @C_J, agree with all you say, it's great to be able to be outdoors. Nice scenery, fresh air smells etc. and like you say a bit of exercise. I know it's an overused phrase but I think it's great for your mental health to be outdoors.

I ended up going to my mums with my daughter was a good wee visit, my brother was there to so was good to see him.

Was too hot last night 
26 in the bedroom 
I still woke up lots for the bathroom 
I feel lethargic 
15 degrees now outside 
I have the dentist check up at 3
No lift and climbing 4 flights of stairs takes it out in me

I am seeing my psychiatrist today for a routine appointment/check up. I hope it goes well I have made some improvements since last time I think

Morning @teigr it will be here soon, its forecast all week and we have a big  garden  family party on weekend with bbq  for about 30 people.  My daughters hired a big country house. Looks like rain tho

We were moaning a few weeks back we had none lol

The weather's also made it easier for me to find something to wear this afternoon.

My friend's dad had a no fuss cremation which he organised himself before he died. No one knew. Until, a letter arrived. So they are having a wake only which was last Friday but got cancelled because no one was well. But to be rearranged.
