Morning, how's your day going so far?

Today seemed to go really quick to me for some reason, I looked at the clock and it was 4pm. I thought it would be about 11am. I was very busy today, I am usually bored all day so it was a nice change but it’s a bit worrying when time goes so fast!

Ahh bless @Sandy_123 think us Nan's are the same ha ha
Think i'm going to have a quite day today, really bad night with my old bones, haven't been that bad for a few weeks, think it was just reminding me it's still there ha ha xx0 -
Hi everyone.
Sorry to hear you are in extra pain @SueHeath, I hope it doesn't last too long.
My grumpy relative is coming to stay today but it should be just for 2 nights this time. I'm struggling more and more with it with each time she comes and am going to have to stay in my room this time.
I hope everyone else has a better day than me and good luck with whatever you have planned.0 -
You've got this @66Mustang You did so well last time, so I'm hopefully this time will be fine too.
Do you have any treats lined up, or could you research some today?0 -
Stop working your self up if you can @66Mustang don't forget how good you were with coping last time, hopefully Mrs Grumpy will be happy today xx0
-
Thanks @Alex_Scope and @SueHeath
@Alex_Scope No treats yet this time but researching that is a good idea to take my mind off things
@SueHeath I will try to stop working myself up, though she did ring up to warn she is not on best form today hopefully she will be happy tomorrow though because we have friends coming over for drinks. She is always much better after a drink!! Not the healthiest solution I know and we would never force it but if she wants one then we won't stop her!

@SueHeath sorry you didn't have good night snap I spent most of it awake not in pain though
@66Mustang you can get through it you have b4 and will do this time and we are here for you to escape from it
Chill day for me today0 -
@66Mustang keep her glass topped up as you said it mellows her out. Not that I recommend keeping someone drunk. Have you thought of telling grumpy relative how her grumpiness effects you?0
-
YEP there you go @66Mustang if i remember right you had a good time with her on the Preseco ha ha xx0
-
@janer1967 she saw this pink ragdoll in the shop and was playing up for it. It is nice tho. I'm being picked up on Saturday to go to a farm to feed animals with her for her birthday. Weather looks good so might do a picnic.
My daughter just sent me a 10 pound evoucher for Costa and said have lunch on me0 -
@janer1967 thanks for the kind words, yes I will definitely be coming on here a bit!!
Sorry to hear you didn't sleep well, I hope you enjoy your chill day and get lots of rest.
@Sandy_123 I have thought about it yes and even my doctor strongly recommended it. I am writing an email but over the course of several weeks/months so I get it right and haven't sent it yet, might not send it at all but it's an option
@SueHeath yes I remember that now haha

I’ve been geeking out at an artificial intelligence ‘text to portrait’ app.
For a while, I’ve been making weird landscapes. The results are always surprising but limited.
I’m not always in the mood to draw. Sometimes the ideas don’t translate well from my imagination onto the paper. This is a good way to bring them to life.0 -
@Autumn_Feeling I don’t know how to reply to make it sound like I have a clue what that is but it sounds very clever
ION: My relative has arrived and is not too grumpy. They said hello to me and I said hello back and we moaned about the weather

I'm glad you are ok @Sandy_123. Sounds like a much-deserved coffee after your productiveness!
Good luck @66Mustang. I am really pleased to hear your relative isn't as grumpy as you had initially anticipated today1 -

I was stood in the bus stop with torrential rain @SueHeath.
@L_Volunteer yes it was nice, had a cheeky cake too.
I had my Costa, got the birthday things including pink balloons. Just got to cook tea in a bit.
Had voicemail from drs saying they've set up the lung ct scan and appointment will come in the post.
