Yeah bit apprehensive, it seems every time I have a test something else crops up. I was born with bad lungs, been under specialists from a young age Al. They've ever done is blowing in machines and xrays, be 1st time they've done a scan.0

Hi @Teddybear12 thanks for thinking of me - it’s really kind. The “grumpy” one arrived at about 4pm and was not actually grumpy. Since then we had a short chat about various things which went well. I have just made them a drink and had one myself so hopefully that will keep them in a good mood for this evening. Then we have tomorrow to deal with which they will be out most of the day for until the evening when we have friends round for drinks so they should be OK again then as they calm down a lot after a drink. After that it’s just Friday where I am going with my Dad to work (I will just be sitting in the van but it gets me out of the house) so fingers crossed it’s going to go OK.
We have a couple of nice things planned for the weekend to look forward to as well.
Sorry you probably weren’t expecting an essay lol.
How are you doing at the moment? Also how is your dog doing, did you get the ear issue sorted out?0 -
ahhh @Teddybear12 you thought your dog would need steroids didn't you, bless we all fall apart in different ways as we age. A question comes to my mind, but i might get into trouble so i wont ask it - it's only how my brain works ha ha. xx
See @66Mustang your doing so well and i think you are learning how to get round these problems yourself.
So what have you got nice to look forward to at the weekend.xx0 -
66Mustang said:@Autumn_Feeling I don’t know how to reply to make it sound like I have a clue what that is but it sounds very clever
ION: My relative has arrived and is not too grumpy. They said hello to me and I said hello back and we moaned about the weatherI just type in a description of a person and the computer does the work. It’s fun to play around with different details. Like.. Wet hair, thin face etc. Some of the portraits can be weird and cool. There’s no limit to your imagination.0 -
Morning all it's THURSDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY x0

-
Morning all, hope its a good one.1

Good morning everyone
@Teddybear12 oh poor little dog, sounds like he has great owners though. I think Sue is right that we all fall apart in different ways with age. Hopefully he has more good days than painful days to come.
@SueHeath just a trip planned to visit grandparents' grave, I know sounds morbid but I like going there, plus we will be doing some other nice things while up that way. Then going to a market on Sunday
@Autumn_Feeling wow that does sound clever. I wonder if one day the police will use something like that instead of an illustrator when a witness describes someone's appearance.

.
Morning OK but had scare last night
Was sat in the doorway at midnight having a cig before bed . Suddenly heavy footsteps down the path and a well built man with no shirt on was stood in front of me asking if I knew if there was a party round the area. He said he was fuming but didn't catch what else he said as I quickly shut the door and locked it
I think he was drunk dint know if he was looking for a party or mad because he was being kept awake by a party
He was then shouting something on the street
It really put the fear of God in me he was just there in an instant
I haven't reported it as he didn't really do anything and no idea who he was anyway and as I can't see very well couldn't give description0 -
@Teddybear12 it did take while to settle like you say it keeps going round in your mind . Made me think what could possibly happen 🤔 made me imagine all sorts of scary things
I'm OK today thanks for asking
@Sandy_123 did you get the rag doll yesterday ?1 -
@janer1967 Sorry to hear about that. I know things like that are scary at the time (would have scared me too) so it is hard to think straight but try looking at it logically i.e. he didn’t want anything to do with you except to ask a question and if he did have a problem it was with someone else so not your issue.0
