As always on Thurs we go shopping, gives me more walking exercise going from shop to shop. Back home for a snack with a cup of tea while my husband puts it all away. Just resting & waiting to leave to go out again to one of my hobbies at our local library. With all the walking round the shops the groin on my hip side aches. I am still trying to find somewhere or classes that can help me get swimming again. Been in touch with my local stroke support group in Trafford but they didn't come up with anything, so i guess it's back to the drawing board with my husband helping me. I can swim but need help how to cope with my left side.0

Omg @janer1967 I would of been scared to, good job you were able to shut the door quickly. Even if he was genuin men don't realise that approaching a woman like that, puts fear of God Into us. Especially being vulnerable.
Yes got the rag doll it's all pink with pink hair and clothes.
Just had a trip to town with son unexpectedly. Went primark treated myself to some trainers, I noticed they have a disabled check out for wheelchairs.
Well earned coffee, did go Costa but had cold drink.0 -
Afternoon all great to hear we all okay today and doing different things.
An old work friend found out i'm not at work so she came and picked me up to go to hers for coffee and cake, i've never eaten so much cake as i have since i packed up work, no wonder i'm putting weight on.
Can't believe i ended up doing some pruning in her garden, i should be saving my body to work in my own ha ha.
@janer1967 i so hope you don't do that again, you hear so many bad things nowadays, haven't you got a back door in to your own space, i am so glade you okay tho xx0 -
Sounds great @Sandy_123 I like primark especially for holiday clothes and kids stuff . Used to come out with full wardrobe of new stuff for toby for about £100.
It was scary encounter don't think he meant any harm but made me feel very vulnerable and thinking what could happen . My only outside door is down the side of the bungalow which I don't really like would prefer back door as well but not possible with layout
Have a nice chill afternoon0 -

I couldnt see anything else in primark, I went in to see if they've still got the biker boots but they've been put away for winter. Sandles I'm funny with has to have a strap at back otherwise for some reason I fall and cant have straps between my toes as my feet are sensitive.0

Forgot whether I said or not but I just booked a couple of small trips away with my family. One is only for 1 night and the other is only for 2 nights but it’s nice to have things to look forward to I think

Your lucky @Sandy_123 i have to have the orthopedic type shoes/sandles/boots, i used to go to hotters but they to expensive for me now. I have always loved the idea of wearing pretty strappy sandals but i've got the ugliest feet in the world ha ha xx0
-
@66Mustang nice to go away.
@SueHeath I don't think feet are attractive as a whole,
Mine are discoloured from the Reynolds.
I best walk over the field to chemist, I really can't be bothered to go. I havnt done a thing in the house today yet. Granddaughter didn't come as mommy is poorly.1 -
Agree about sandals I can't wear toe posts or anything sling back and now I only need 1 shoe and don't walk hate spending lot of money on shoes
