Oh that's a shame.

Was it more than one person who was rude? I know you can get bad apples (no pun) in every company. I would wager there is one in every company. I have had a rude Apple support person myself but on the whole they have been good. Much better than Microsoft.

I hope she enjoys the Android phones though, a family member gets given them for work and I get to have a play with them when they have issues and they actually seem quite good. I have never used one aside from to help my relative but I always seem to know how to fix any issue that arises so they must be intuitive.

I'm working all day. But have to drive my partner to train station shortly as she is going to Copenhagen for a few days with some girlfriends to see Madonna in concert. Its alright for some....

@66Mustang As someone who worked in quite a few call centres during my early 20s. Yes, there are often bad apples when you have that many people working in customer service. There are people who just don't really care for the customer/consumer. I didn't like working in those places, not only because of that but also I tend to dislike/struggle to find passion working in for a for-profit employer.

@AndyGT Call me jealous, always wanted to visit Copenhagen. Me and my partner were meant to go but covid cancelled it! We need to try booking it again.

Also, Madonna still touring at her age. That's some strength/endurance!
