It's Mr Teigr's birthday today @Albus_Scope,our visitors were determined to go out for something to eat but we can't leave the dog alone after dark at the moment because she's still worried about fireworks.
We had a mad dash to get the housework done so that we could be out and back before 5 o'clock and it was a nightmare finding somewhere that was still serving food at half two.

Good Morning one and all. My day is not off to a great start. I am away for a few days in France for my birthday. Whilst I have enjoyed myself thus far this morning I am in a lot of pain and struggling to move. I am laying here in bed trying to type this which I am not finding easy as the pain has also destroyed my concentration let alone my ability to.move. I have probably overdone it in the past couple of days. Anyway I hope all is well with each and every one of you. Take care my friends....

Im so sorry you are going through this, could the doctor not try and change some off your meds, as medication usually triggers the restless legs.
