Me and mum had another treat we had a lovely cheese and ham toasties with a salad and we had a rather large custard slice and a fully loaded hot chocolate in the glass cafe on the sea front0

I did get a Chinese, was lovely but quite expensive (seen it as a one-off) so I'll eat the rest tonight.0

Me and mum had a KFC and cakes from Greg's I suffered an IBS attack an hour later but don't know what started it but I was in pain worse than labour pains for 20mins lol it was awful my mum was holding my hand asking if I was haveing a baby lol 😆0

I think for me it was the fat possibly the frying
I suffer if I have cream , cheese , fried batter on fish anything with high fat content0
