    Thanks Alex_scope I have tried that and switched them
    on and off again. Someone said there is a system issue and although the forums great I get lots of emails about what’s for tea.

    Hi @Alexander13 you will need to make sure that 'Notify me when people comment on discussions I've participated in' is unticked under the email column. 

    Does that makes sense? Hopefully it will work smoothly, if not then I can only apologise for the technical issue, it is one we are working on currently.

    It's ox liver cooked in jamaican herbs and spices and onion & garlic. It's delicious reminds me of my mums cooking... ultimate comfort food.🙂
