    I havnt thought of tea today, too busy pottering around house.  Be something quick. Omelette with cheese and mushrooms, maybe baked beans in middle.

    had the other half of my m and s ready meal with meatballs - pork and beef, not keen on these, prefer pure beef - and added some cheese on top for lunch and then just had a slice of ice cream roll which i still call arctic roll so thats me done for today

    yes was quite tasty but nothing tastes like you remember in the good old days after a hard day at school lol

    i just dont think things like icecream etc have the flavour they used to but it made a change !

    mums coming round after my interview then its diy then tonight im making m and s lasagne, with their sides - mozarella and sun dried toms, greens etc. Will share with mum.

    I do like swede and carrot  mash but couldn't find a frozen swede, as I find it hard to cut and peel  a fresh one. So got parsnips instead

    ha ha they are impossible to cut, not a fan of swede but like celeriac and parsnips - also hard to cut

    I love salmon with sweet potato and honey and mustard dressing, maybe have that tmrw ha ha

    I love salmon full stop. I like other fish also, coley is nice and very close to cod, plaice is nice too.
