    thank you im using my microwave combi oven for first bit nervous as set fire alarm off! Opened a window and touch wood its ok now..

    Haha I know! Was worried was gonna keep going but luckily it was once and not too loud.. But loud enough
    My lasagne made it through 55 mins in there!

    yes you can do it in the microwave buyt prefer in the ovem. It was a deluxe one from lidl made with shin beef i believe and lots of red wine...it was ok but since ive been told I can make the worlds best lasagne it was no matchCant wait to make some homemade meals again finally  starting with a sunday roast or casserole for mum on sunday  !

    i like pilchards and mackerel but only in tomato sauce on toast couldnt eat the plain ones

    Was going to have Fish and Chips last night but the local chippy was too busy so instead I just made Beans on Toast as it was late on. Today I'm going to have an Indian instead.

    i feel much better today, I don’t think there was anything wrong with the fish per say and the rice was fresh, can’t really explain it other than it was it a bit dry to eat and I was hungry so may have eaten too fast. Oops . Probably my own fault.

    Leftover lasagne ready meal tonight which should be tastier the day after. Unfortunately washed down with chilled red wine I put in the fridge thinking it was white!
