    Caribbean chicken with veg medley last night 

    Some chicken left so will have it with salad tonight

    Nothing tonight not hungry, had a large McDonald’s meal for lunch so that’s filled me for the day.

    I put a stone baked margarita pizza in and did a  side salad

    Had a very indulgent meal last night we had a sharing fish platter - lobster,crab,oysters,langestines,king prawns,clams and soda bread with a lovely bottle of wine.
    We have two grand daughters staying over tonight so thinking of KFC ha ha xx

    Chinese I haven't ate well these past few days new meds etc health problems so I have decided to make a roast with all trimmings but undecided on meat ATM lol May do pork with crackling

    Slow roasted lamb today with lots veg cheesy mash and Yorkshire pudding but I won't have the mash or yorkshires

    Chicken and pork for us with peas carrots sweetcorn mash stuffing gravy and homemade Yorkshire puds doing ours for tea quick dinner today for kids buffet food but I'm gonna be making a double velvet jam and buttercream sponge cake for after gonna decorate it 2

    Sounds like there were plenty of lovely meals yesterday evening. Is anybody doing anything for the bank holiday or just chilling at home? It's shopping day for us today so what we have tonight is a mystery at the moment :)
