    It originated from Scotland and one of there national dishes.  It's very tasty I think, bit like a mince stew  with the carrots and veg In.  I've got 1 part baked baguette to eat it with.

    Hi @Sueheath! Thanks for asking about the Hydrotherapy. It's doing me a LOT of good, thank you. My joints get tight sat in my wheelchair for about 10 hours a day, but the therapy, and a fantastic physio are easing things up a lot.
